Under John's leadership, the Human Resources Division at the City of Toronto is responsible for the corporate learning center and programs, maintaining the City's learning management system, executive development, tracking executive talent assessments, employee engagement surveying and the workforce plan for the Toronto Public Service. John has a M.Ed. in Adult Education, a Diploma in Public Administration and 28 years of experience as a Training Consultant, Management Consultant, Senior Policy Consultant and Director. Prior to that, worked in the not for profit sector and international development.
